All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include sourcing and service fees but exclude shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional charges that may apply in the destination country.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We currently accept Zelle, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods communicated during checkout. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

ForUé aims to process and dispatch orders within 5–14 business days unless otherwise communicated. Delivery timelines are estimates only and begin from the date an item has been purchased and dispatched.
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, ForUé cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, weather conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ForUé shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details.

Refunds or returns will only be considered if an item arrives significantly different from its description or is found to be faulty. Any such request must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with relevant photographs.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. ForUé does not currently offer exchanges.
